Peter Rayment Design is a small architectural design practice based on the edge of the North York Moors.

We believe that architecture is fundamentally about space, and making it work for each client’s individual requirements. Every project is different and warrants the attention to detail necessary to ensure projects come to fruition both practically and financially. Whether it is a single storey kitchen extension, bespoke new dwelling or a barn conversion.

We have a long history of working with historic buildings in sensitive conservation areas. We understand the extents to which buildings can be refurbished, repaired, extended or altered and the impact this can have on the heritage asset and the listed building application.
